Shift: Graveyard 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Wednesday -Thursday 10pm-6am Friday-Sunday 8pm-4am total 5 days 40-hours
Starting Pay: $23.00/hr
We're hiring professional, proactive, and disciplined armed security officers for a busy HOA community in Carson. This post demands real work ethic, solid decision-making, and the ability to handle a high-activity environment without babysitting.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Parking enforcement and vehicle patrol throughout the property
Enforcing HOA rules and regulations with clarity and consistency
Gang-suppression presence and deterrence
Responding to disturbances and on-site incidents
Access control, resident verification, and gate/entry oversight
Writing accurate, detailed reports for all incidents and contacts
WHAT WE EXPECT
Professional appearance, communication, and conduct
Strong situational awareness and command presence
Ability to de-escalate while still maintaining control
Reliability - if you can't show up on time, don't apply
Must be able to work nights independently and stay alert
REQUIREMENTS
Valid BSIS Guard Card
BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Prior security, military, or law-enforcement-track experience preferred
Must be able to pass background check and firearms qualification
