- Active or Retired Police Officers.
- Honorably Discharged U.S. Armed Forces members.
- Currently serving U.S. Reservists or National Guard members.

- Credentials: A valid California Guard Card (or proof of enrollment in a Guard Card Program).
- Licensing: A valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Physicality: The ability to stand at a designated post for extended periods while maintaining a professional bearing.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and the public with poise and authority.
