    Location: Inland Empire, CA

    Position Overview

    Intergraded Security Management Group (ISMG) is seeking qualified Armed Patrol Officers to provide security services for a variety of public and private clients throughout the Inland Empire. Officers will conduct foot and vehicle patrols, protect life and property, enforce site rules, and deliver professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Patrol assigned properties on foot and/or by vehicle
    • Protect life and property and maintain a safe environment
    • Enforce client rules and regulations and address violations
    • Write clear, accurate, and timely incident and activity reports
    • Use company-issued two-way radios and operate within ISMG's CAD system
    • Make contact with unauthorized individuals and conduct field interviews
    • Coordinate and communicate with local law enforcement agencies
    • Provide security for large gatherings, special events, and assemblies
    • Appear in court when required
    • Assist with investigations related to assigned incidents
    • Perform additional duties as needed to enhance site safety and security
    Qualifications
    • Valid California Guard Card and Firearms Permit (BSIS)
    • Prior law enforcement experience or police academy graduate preferred
    • Strong communication and report-writing skills
    • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
    Compensation
    • $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on training and experience
    Available Shifts
    • Swing Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
    • Swing Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM

    Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications
    • Must be 23 years of age or older (vehicle insurance requirement)
    • Ability to qualify quarterly with duty firearm
    • Preferred Backgrounds:
      • Current, retired, or reserve Law Enforcement Officer
      • POST 832 P.C. Certification Module
      • POST Basic Academy Graduate
      • Prior military experience
    • Substitution: Two (2) years of experience in a public safety patrol environment may be considered in lieu of law enforcement or academy experience for qualified candidates
    • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
    • Ability to respond appropriately to routine and high-stress situations at client sites
    Job Requirements
    • Valid California Guard Card (required prior to employment)
    • Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit (required prior to employment)
    • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
    • Valid Tear Gas and/or Pepper Spray Permit
    • Ability to work assigned schedules and complete shifts as scheduled, including overtime when required
    • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and wear a clean, complete uniform in accordance with company policy
    • Demonstrate a professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor
    • Effectively handle both routine and crisis situations
    • Understand and follow all post orders, client requirements, and company policies, including enforcement of rules and regulations
