CEMENT PLANT (LUCERNE VALLEY)

We are a family owned and operated firm specializing in security/protection. We are seeking extremely motivated professionals. Qualified individuals will have the opportunity to work in LUCERNE VALLEY, CA.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid firearms permit and guard card.
• Must have ONE year or more ARMED experience.
• Must have an updated resume/cv ready to provide. (Preferably to have available prior to setting an interview)
• Outstanding personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor.
• Highly motivated with above average interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of and ability to implement dedicated customer service.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to follow protocol and chain of command.
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit; drug-free
• Willing to subject to pre-employment background investigation and random drug tests.
• Must reside within commuting distance.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts
• 40 or 32 hour a week schedules

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to be an effective team member.
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
- Ability to provide high quality customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must pass company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state licensing and permit requirements for security work.
