What you'll do
- Support contract intake and tracking to ensure projects move forward accurately, on time, and in compliance with city processes.
- Track departmental projects and deadlines so leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, and next steps.
- Identify procedural gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve how the department operates day to day.
- Provide administrative and clerical support that keeps department programs organized, responsive, and accessible to internal and external partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff and the public, explaining city policies clearly and handling questions or concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications
REQUIRES An accredited Bachelor's degree; OR An equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience to include professional experience in the development and/or operation of administrative systems, programs, policies and practice.
