    Associate Medical Claims Representative Objective

    To provide efficient investigation, evaluation and negotiation of Michigan No-Fault and Michigan Assigned Claims Plan claims.



    Responsibilities

    Associate Medical Claims Representative Responsibilities

    Respond to and control the disposition of all assigned Michigan No-Fault/Workers' Disability Compensation claims.

    Work with computer systems keying functions, including but not limited to letter composition, log entry, dairy entry, report of investigation composition and draft production.

    Read and apply policy of Michigan No-Fault/WC acts as written.



    Qualifications

    Associate Medical Claims Representative Qualifications

    Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Prior experience in an insurance, medical and/or customer service related field required.

    Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

    Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.

    Designation in claims insurance preferred.

    Note: If a candidate is not selected, a Medical Claims Representative may be considered on the level of experience and qualifications.

    Farm Bureau offers a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
