The Role:The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking a highly organized, creative, and production-savvy Senior Producer to join our Digital and Content Marketing team. You’ll serve as the LVCVA’s lead producer on high-profile, large-scale productions, owning end-to-end execution for marquee events, experiential activations, and complex multi-day shoots alongside our creative and production partners. You’ll also drive the operational backbone of our internal content team, streamlining social video production workflows and keeping a high-volume creative operation running at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a background of coordinating complex productions, thrives under pressure, builds strong partner relationships, and has a genuine passion for showcasing everything Las Vegas has to offer.
What You’ll Do: Keep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive.
End-to-End Production Leadership - Lead large-scale productions (marquee events, experiential activations, complex multi-day/multi-location shoots) from pre-production through final delivery.
- Manage post-production workflows, including review cycles, revision tracking, and approvals.
- Oversee quality control across all productions, ensuring content meets brand standards, technical specifications, and platform requirements.
Partner Management - Lead and manage relationships with outside production vendors and creative partners, including contract negotiation and holding partners accountable to LVCVA’s creative vision and standards.
- Collaborate with the department VP and agency partners to align production plans with campaign objectives and budget availability.
Resource Management - Scope production requirements, estimate costs, and negotiate deliverables within budget during concept and planning phases.
- Manage and oversee the production budget, including expense forecasting, ongoing tracking, and monitoring expenditures across initiatives.
- Track budgets, timelines, and resources; proactively flag bottlenecks and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Operations - Lead and streamline internal social video production workflows, identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain project management systems to track deliverables, production stages, and workflow status across all initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or High School diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years additional equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, digital media, or social content production with a commanding understanding of the end-to-end production process.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across production types while meeting tight deadlines with outstanding attention to detail.
- Exceptionally organized with strong project management skills; expert proficiency with platforms like Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience scoping, negotiating, and managing outside production vendors, agencies, and freelance creative partners within budget constraints.
- Strong budget management skills, including vendor pricing assessment, cost-saving opportunities, and translating creative concepts into financially viable productions.
- Experience managing talent rosters or creator pools, including workload distribution and performance optimization.
- Proven collaborative team player who thrives in fast-moving environments, navigates ambiguity well, and solves on-set challenges in real time.
- On-site presence required during live event activations throughout the destination.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Genuine passion for Las Vegas and enthusiasm for showcasing the destination through compelling digital content.
