    JOB SUMMARY

    The Town of Prosper is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individual for the position of:

    Administrative Assistant - Fire Department

    Hiring Range: $38,715,60 - $44,522.94

    Qualifications:
    Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Office experience preferred.
    • Must possess a valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
    • Must pass MVR check.
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

    The Administrative Assistant Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant coordinates office operations, performs research, gathers, and compiles data, assists in budget development, provides high level secretarial support, and delivers exceptional customer service for the Fire Department.
