    • Assist teachers with instruction & classroom activities
    • Support students' academic progress & IEP goals
    • Help with behavioral interventions & substitute lessons
    • Supervise lunch, transitions & community activities
    • Maintain accurate documentation & confidentiality
    Requirements
    • 21+ years old
    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Background check required
    • Associate's Degree preferred
    • Experience working with youth (camp counselor, coach, babysitting, etc.)
