    Military Personnel Support Specialist / Compliance & Operational Support Clearance: Must have an Active TS/SCI Clearance Position Description: Network Runners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Military Personnel Support Specialist and a Compliance & Operational Support person for The Office Of the Undersecretary of War Research & Engineering (OUSW (R&E). This critical role is essential to maintaining unit readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing authoritative administrative oversight for comprehensive manpower and personnel programs. The incumbent will act as the principal personnel advisor to OUSW (R&E) leadership, managing a complex Joint Force environment comprised of Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Active Duty and Reserve personnel. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory & Leadership Serve as the primary Military Personnel Advisor/Expert, providing strategic manpower and personnel counsel to OUSW(R&E) leadership regarding total Joint Force management. Interact directly with senior military and civilian leadership, providing briefings, programmatic updates, and executive-level correspondence. Full Lifecycle Personnel Management Execute and process comprehensive military personnel actions across the total force spectrum. Direct programs including, but not limited to: Military promotions and evaluation processing. Assignment actions, retirements, and separations. Physical fitness and disciplinary programs. Force development and professional schooling. Coordinate directly with respective military Service personnel offices to accurately process assignments, promotions, transfers, and separations. Manpower & Administrative Oversight Manage unit manpower requirements, authorizations, and MILPERS actions (including manning configurations and strength reporting). Serve as the principal manager for personnel records and data across all Directorates, ensuring strict accuracy, operational security, and compliance with Department of War and specific Service regulations. Implement and advise on personnel management policies, including leave, pay, and benefits administration. Oversee comprehensive personnel training programs for military members, encompassing administrative, technical, and operational training. Workforce Integration & Specialized Programs Oversight for the onboarding and off-boarding processes for all incoming and departing military and civilian personnel. Manage complex, specialized workforce programs, including Special Government Employees (SGEs), Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) personnel, and both civilian and military detailees. Coordinate professional development opportunities and manage the lifecycle of civilian Honorary Awards and military awards programs, from initial nomination to final presentation. Oversee CATMS and tasker workflow. Oversight of official correspondence, taskers, and workflows. Will assign, track, and complete action requests, often involving high-level DoD, Joint Staff, and military department coordination. Compliance & Operations Support Assist the Drug Testing Program Coordinator and oversee the execution of Financial Disclosure (OGE-450/278) reporting cycles. Utilize the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) to route, track, and manage organizational workflow and internal/external taskers. Required Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact seamlessly and effectively with senior executive military and civilian leadership. Demonstrated expertise in total force personnel programs and Joint military administrative processes. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Specialized knowledge of Department of the Air Force personnel systems, specifically regarding Air Force promotions, assignments, officer promotion briefs, and Air Force professional military education/schooling. Education A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
