This includes installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of pre-engineered fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting systems./ppOffice Location: Englewood, CO/ph3Job Duties:/h3ulliInspect, install, and service fire extinguishers, fire protection equipment, and exit/ emergency lighting./liliInspect, install, and service kitchen hood suppression systems./liliTest and repair existing fire suppression systems./liliPerform inspections to ensure fire suppression systems are installed correctly./liliComplete inspection reports and document any issues./liliPresent products to customers and identify positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition./liliProcess work orders and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures./li/ulh3Core Competencies:/h3ulliProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office./liliHigh School Diploma (or equivalent) required./liliAbility to multi-task and prioritize./liliGood organizational skills./liliMust have valid drivers license and a good driving record that meets company requirements./liliCandidates must successfully complete an employment background investigation./liliStrong analytical and mechanical aptitude./liliExcellent interpersonal skills./liliMust possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills./liliFlexible style; perseverance; action oriented; interpersonal savvy./liliAptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach); customer focused./liliAbility to work a full time schedule./liliAmbitious results oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive./li/ulh3Physical Requirements Exposures:/h3ulliMust be in good physical condition with no limitations./liliMust be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather./liliMust be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds./liliMust be able to carry 50 pounds repeatedly./liliMust be able to push greater than 100 pounds as needed./liliMust be able to pull greater than 100 pounds as needed./liliMust be able to safely climb a ladder and reach a height of at least 12 ft./li/ulpThis position may require the handling of chemicals that may be skin and/or respiratory irritants.
