    Traffic Administrator

    Our client, an industry leader in global trade and logistics, is seeking a Traffic Administrator to join their team. As a Traffic Administrator, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting import/export operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Location: Shakopee, MN

    Pay Range: $22.32 - $33.48/hour

    Position Type: 3-Month Contract

    Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM Mon - Thurs Onsite; Friday Remote

    What's the Job?
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign export/import regulations for shipments
    • Maintain accurate documentation including HTS, COO, ECCN numbers, and trade programs
    • Collaborate with freight forwarders, brokers, and transportation resources to facilitate smooth transit
    • Monitor carrier performance and resolve transit issues promptly
    • Prepare and review import/export documentation and manage freight billing processes
    What's Needed?
    • High school diploma or GED
    • At least three (3) years of related experience in transportation or logistics
    • Ability to navigate trade compliance software and documentation systems
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Knowledge of import/export laws and regulations
