Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and radio communications. Dispatch security officers to incidents, disturbances, medical calls, or suspicious activity. Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and daily activity records. Answer emergency and non-emergency calls professionally. Coordinate with mall management, local law enforcement, fire, or EMS when needed. Track officer locations and ensure timely response to incidents.
