Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.* Assist customers with pier access.* Must be able to be outside all day.* Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate manager.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred* Additional training in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* Basic knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately* Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer use* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs (e.g., 25--50 lbs)* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn* Ability to follow directions and store procedures accurately* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays* The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
