Applicants must possess an active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License (with card in hand), a personal duty pistol (9mm), and reliable transportation./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliConduct foot patrols of client properties, including manufacturing facilities, retail locations, access points, and parking areas/liliMaintain vigilance and remain prepared to respond to any emergency situations/liliAccurately document and report all incidents to both the site manager and Zona Facta management/liliMaintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude while on duty/liliDemonstrate respect and courtesy toward employees, visitors, coworkers, and leadership/liliUphold Zona Facta Collectives high standards of integrity, performance, and accountability/li/ulh3Scheduling Shifts/h3ulliStandard shifts are 8 hours in length/liliRotating full-time schedule/liliAdditional shifts may be available through the Zona Facta network on off days/liliShift times and locations will be discussed during the interview process and are subject to client needs/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliActive Texas Level III Security License (must have physical card in hand)/liliPersonal 9mm duty pistol/liliReliable transportation (use of company vehicle may be provided based on site)/liliMust be able to pass a criminal background check/liliMust be able to pass random drug screenings/liliProfessional conduct and accountability are mandatory/liliWill report directly to the designated site manager/li/ulh3Uniform Equipment/h3ulliUniform shirts provided/liliAgents must maintain clean and presentable tactical attire/liliPersonal duty gear is required/li/ulh3About Zona Facta Collective/h3pZona Facta Collective is a veteran- and law enforcement-led organization committed to excellence in private security operations.
