This is a full-time on-going opportunity with strong hours and room for growth.Additional Details Pay: $16/hourOrientation/Training held in: ReadingProjects located in: Lancaster CountyOpportunity to advance into higher-level roles based on experience, leadership ability, and performanceMust have valid DL with own transportationCarpooling available once trainedJob Duties Direct and control traffic flow through construction zonesUse signs, hand signals, and communication devices to safely guide driversSet up and break down traffic control equipment (cones, barricades, signage)Maintain a safe work environment for crews, drivers, and pedestriansStay alert to changing traffic patterns and job site conditionsCommunicate clearly with team members and site supervisorsRequirements Valid driver's license (REQUIRED)Reliable transportation to job sitesAbility to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditionsStrong attention to safety and situational awarenessMust be dependable and punctual#1706-2
