    LHH Recruitment is seeking a junior to mid-level Litigation Attorney with a general liability background who enjoys litigation but is ready to move on from billable hours and is Interested in a balanced and more sustainable way to practice law.

    What you'll do:

    Manage a streamlined caseload of personal injury defense matters handling cases from intake through resolution. This includes depositions, motions, and trial/arbitration work—so you stay fully engaged in the practice of law while working in a balanced, supportive environment.

    Who you will be working for:

    A financially strong, multi-state organization focused on managing risk and delivering dependable solutions with a reputation built on disciplined operations, efficient claims handling, and a commitment to fair, timely outcomes. With a broad geographic footprint and decades of experience, our client offers both stability and consistency in complex, high-stakes situations

    What we're looking for:

    • 2+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
    • Experience managing cases independently
    • Trial or arbitration experience is a plus
    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    Compensation & benefits

    • $110K–$220K base + bonus potential (DOE)
    • Company vehicle
    • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, generous PTO)

    Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
