    Documentation Specialist

    KBR's Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems.     Roles and Responsibilities
    • Maintain an Outlook calendar of events for the TOW team and coordinate all meeting logistics to include ensuring conference rooms are reserved, Microsoft Teams link provided and read aheads are provided.
    • Process travel requests and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
    • Proofread documentation, ensuring it conforms to the AR25-50 and is staffed through appropriate channels.
    • Direct in person or telephone inquiries to appropriate personnel.
    Basic Requirements
    • BS degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience or in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
