    Parra Consulting Group (PCG) seeks an experienced Senior Engagement/Protocol Specialist to provide full-spectrum engagement and protocol support for the Federal client. This position delivers critical operational support to Directorate leadership, coordinating high-profile U.S. and foreign visits, developing strategic outreach initiatives, and ensuring flawless execution of events in a sensitive national security environment. This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
    • Plan and execute high-profile visits and events for U.S. and foreign dignitaries, ambassadors, Congressional delegations, and senior DoD/IC officials.
    • Develop visit programs, run-of-show schedules, seating charts, and event agendas to ensure seamless VIP experiences.
    • Serve as the primary protocol liaison for all engagements, coordinating venues, IT/AV requirements, and escort/access procedures.
    • Support strategic outreach planning by identifying key audiences, setting engagement objectives, and developing tailored outreach campaigns.
    • Collect, analyze, and report engagement data to leadership to evaluate outreach effectiveness and inform future planning.
    • Create customized executive briefings, read-ahead materials, talking points, and multimedia presentations aligned with customer strategic communication plans.
    • Provide editorial quality assurance on all official materials to ensure compliance with approved templates and style guides.
    • Enforce visitor vetting, clearance verification, and escort procedures in accordance with customer protocols.
    • Maintain inspection-ready records and ensure strict adherence to all security and administrative policies.
    • Provide engagement and protocol-related inputs to Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), including visits conducted, engagement outcomes, issues, and planned follow-on activities.
    • Support engagement and protocol operations during non-standard hours, emergency conditions, or continuity events as directed by the Government COR.
    • Coordinate directly with the Government COR and NMEC leadership to support engagement planning, protocol execution, and issue resolution.
    • Identify engagement- or protocol-related risks and elevate issues impacting senior leader engagements, security, or mission objectives.
    • Maintain controlled engagement and protocol records in accordance with government records management and information protection requirements.
    • Perform other related engagement and protocol duties as required in support of mission operations, continuity, and contract requirements, as directed by the Government COR and PCG Team Lead. Qualifications & Requirements
    • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (mandatory).
    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in communications, international relations, or related field.
    • Minimum of 8+ years of protocol, outreach, or strategic communications experience supporting high-level U.S. Government or foreign dignitaries.
    • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder events under tight timelines in a classified environment.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, with expertise in briefing development and event documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, DARTS, Service Central) is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
