    Significance, Inc. is seeking a DoD SkillBridge participant to join our team as a recruiter through a structured 26‑week internship program.This hands‑on opportunity provides exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle within a federal consulting environment. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, offer support, and overall recruiting operations.This is an excellent opportunity for transitioning service members to gain practical experience in talent acquisition while supporting mission‑driven federal programs.ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentSource candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), military transition platforms, professional networks and employee referrals.Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active requisitions.Conduct Boolean searches and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates.Screening & InterviewingReview resumes and applications against position requirements.Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest and availability.Deliver structured candidate summaries to hiring managers.Coordination & AdministrationSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Draft, edit and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.Recruiting Operations SupportProduce weekly pipeline reports and track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill).QualificationsRequired:Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field; 4+ years of military experience in administration, personnel or human resources can substitute for degree.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Effective interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.Preferred:Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms.Familiarity with Job Boards or similar sourcing tools.Prior experience conducting interviews, counseling sessions or personnel briefs.Interest in talent acquisition, human resources and workforce development.Other Eligibility Factors:Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.Reliable in meeting deadlines and deliverables.Willingness to follow information governance and documentation standards.Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information responsibly.Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams including BD, proposals and hiring managers.Professional maturity and accountability appropriate for a consulting role.At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job‑related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
