What You'll Do * Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads * Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information * Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis * Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps * Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints * Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions * Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise * Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights * Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings-including any new tradecraft that you develop-with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers What You Bring Education: Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant Experience:
    Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases). In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements. Level Qualifications: Level 1 * 2 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR * 4 years applicable experience with associate degree * 6 years applicable experience without degree Level 2 * 2 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR * 3 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR * 5 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR * 7 years applicable experience with an associate degree * 9 years applicable experience without a degree Level 3 * 4 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR * 6 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR * 8 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR * 10 years applicable experience with an associate degree * 12 years applicable experience without a degree Level 4 * 7 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR * 9 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR * 11 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR * 13 years applicable experience with an associate degree * 15 years applicable experience without a degree Compensation & Benefits The projected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $250,000 dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
