    The Lead Technology Specialist serves as the senior technical lead responsible for the architecture, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Department of the Navy Research Protections Information Technology Management System (RPITMS). This individual provides technical leadership for all phases of the software development lifecycle and serves as the primary technical advisor to project leadership and Government stakeholders. The Lead Technology Specialist oversees the design and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, SharePoint Online environments, workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and system integrations supporting the Navy Human Research Protection Program (HRPP).
