Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Security Operations Center (ESOC) Analyst will monitor the security and access control systems for one of our contracts. This position is responsible for assessing threats and monitoring our security operations in real-time.Primary Responsibilities* Manage the day-to-day ESOC operations.* Respond to all communication requests.* Coordinate with the Manager to provide information regarding security, life-safety, and other incidents.* Develop and manage the effective the implementation of incident notification protocols. g. Monitor CCTV feeds and notify appropriate stakeholders during non-routine events.* Liaise with local law enforcement and other first responders during incidents.* Liaise with external stakeholders to provide incident notification during events.* Ensure the correct deployment and operations of security systems including CCTV, access control and other various technologies.
