    Job Title: MP&P Technical Analyst Location: Berkeley, MO Pay Range: $70-75/hr Position Responsibilities: * Apply nondestructive evaluation (NDE) methods/approaches, such as acoustic, electromagnetic, thermal, optical, and radiologic principles, in performing complex analysis and evaluation of parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications. * Lead, coordinate, and conduct complex analysis of failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures. * Generate test plans, identify, and categorize failure, determine root cause, and document results and recommendations. * Maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. * Lead the proposal, development, and validation of revisions to procedures and specifications. * Determine suitability of parts, materials, and processes and coordinate resolution of complex issues with suppliers and customers. * Support audits, root cause analyses, and failure investigations as a subject matter expert. * Support continuous improvement of products and processes by leading the design, development, fabrication, testing, evaluation, and implementation of new concepts and technology. * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians. * Support the Team Lead and work statement, assist in defining strategies and/or provide consultation. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * 5+ years of experience in Nondestructive Evaluation * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Knowledge of computer-aided design tools and systems (e.g., computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), computer-aided three-dimensional interactive (CATIA), Mentor Graphics, Unigraphics). * ASNT Level 2 in Eddy Current and Ultrasonic nondestructive evaluation testing methods * Ability to travel 10% of the time minimum Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * 5+ years of hands-on experience in NDE/NDT engineering in a regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, defense, energy). * Experience with nondestructive evaluation processes (e.g., ultrasonic testing, radiography, eddy current testing, and penetrant inspection) * ASNT Level 2 in multiple nondestructive evaluation processes (e.g., ultrasonic testing, radiography, eddy current testing, and penetrant inspection) * Experience working in multi-discipline teams, a strong desire to work with technical and non-technical customers. * Strong understanding of materials behavior, stress analysis, and fracture mechanics. * Experience with project management tools * Excellent time management skills to manage several simultaneous projects effectively and across various geographical locations. * Active / Current Secret U.S. Security Clearance preferred but not required.
