    Job Description

    This position provides a variety of clerical duties in a team environment. Working under the supervision of a manager or a team, this role will perform essential job duties and functions as assigned. Analyze patrons' requests to determine needed information, and assist in furnishing or locating that information. Code, catalog drawings, manuals and all document material based on subject matter, equipment, buildings or discipline. Locate unusual or unique information in response to specific requests. Manage the acquisition of new materials. Daily activities to include receiving, shelving, researching, cataloging, and equipment use. Develop library policies and procedures. Evaluate materials to determine outdated and unused material to be discarded. Archive the design specifications documents, the O&M Manuals and drawing packages.

    Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, event planning, and support services Assign unique identifier barcode per drawing, manual, specification book, etc. Perform tasks on standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, scanners, and shredders Support activities between departments, disciplines, and outside representatives for the purposes of improving work flow Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards Other duties as assigned

    Basic Job Requirements

    Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and nine (9) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to thirteen (13) if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

    Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

    Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

    Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

    Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

    Other Job Requirements

    Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph US Citizen Participate in department meetings, training, and functions Serve as a Company representative to external clients Participate in Fluor University for training and career development Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities

    Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position.

    Preferred Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent Two (2) years of project related experience Demonstrated problem resolution and troubleshooting skills Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks and priorities Basic interpersonal communication skills Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
