    OPERATIONS ANALYST
    LCAT: Program Analyst
    Salary Range: $75,000 – 130,000 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    Support program execution and Senior Leadership activities through the support of current operations, planning future operations, improving processes, capturing and tracking program actions, and enhancing office efficiency. Work with Level 0 and Level 1 management, engineering, and program management support to manage and organize office operations, anticipate office needs, and provide solutions to satisfy office needs without oversight or direction.
    Must possess the ability to rapidly understand new concepts, apply them accurately in an evolving and complex environment, and effectively organize, schedule and coordinate work phases and tasks.
    Excellent oral and written communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required. Operational experience desired to serve as a critical asset on an agile program team that demands high levels of cross-functional communication and organization. SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in the organization's vision and mission, ensuring alignment across teams and departments. • Coordinate and support the execution of high-priority initiatives across the organization, providing metrics to track and align with overall mission objectives. • Support strategic priorities to enable the executive team's time and focus are directed to the most impactful initiatives. • Support the integration of large-scale programs, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration across departments (e.g., Operations, Contracts, Security, Finance). • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to ensure efficient program delivery and measurable outcomes. • Facilitate and document regular check-ins with project leads to track progress on key initiatives • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure program success. • Help streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal execution of organizational-wide strategies and projects. • Support key decisions based on the development of metrics for data-driven insights and transparent communication. • Coordinate and participate in special projects that require cross-functional team members or strategic focus. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors' degree in business management, engineering, or related technical area • Minimum five (5) years' experience in related NAVAIR positions • Minimum three (3) years' experience working with government and industry Program Managers • Direct experience supporting NAVAIR acquisition program at levels up to and including Special Access Required • Relevant experience in managing and coordinating calendars for Level 0s • Relevant experience in Configuration Management • Proficiency in Microsoft word formatting, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point • Ability to create compelling, coherent briefing products; excellent writing skills • Relevant experience to effectively communicate with multiple functional leads • Ability to self-start while managing competing priorities • Support the executive leadership team, providing insight on key organizational decisions, strategic priorities, and operational challenges. • Active Top Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Proficiency with project management tools and software • Masters degree in business management, engineering, or related technical area
