    Position Overview:
    Seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Y434 Technical Director (TD) with cloud migration, application modernization, product roadmap planning, and technical debt reduction. This role requires strong software development experience and the ability to evaluate current applications, support future-state planning, and document modernization strategies. Key Responsibilities
    Support cloud migration planning and cloud architecture efforts.
    Evaluate existing applications and recommend whether to redevelop, modernize, migrate, or retire them.
    Provide software development expertise for application modernization efforts.
    Support strategic product roadmap development.
    Identify technical debt and recommend remediation approaches.
    Document technical plans, modernization strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
    Work with technical teams and government stakeholders to align solutions with mission needs. Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
    Senior-level software development experience.
    Experience with application modernization, redevelopment, or migration.
    Understanding of cloud architecture and cloud migration concepts.
    Ability to assess current systems and recommend future-state solutions.
    Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
    DoD or federal contractor experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications
    Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
    Experience reducing technical debt in legacy applications.
    Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, or microservices.
    Familiarity with secure software development or RMF concepts.
    Experience developing product roadmaps or modernization plans.
