Summary
The Senior Associate, Industrial Security (CPSO) is responsible for managing and directing all security related issues associated with the IC program portfolio at the L3 Harris Space & Mission Systems office in Rochester, NY. The CPSO's responsibilities include management and execution of all facility security functions including SCIF operations, personnel security, program support, physical security, document control, badging, and access control. The CPSO implements all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on NISPOM and other governing directives as applicable. Essential Functions: Administer, address, and complete personnel security requirements with employees regarding security issues, CONOP writing, program protection plans, program access briefings, and clearance/access maintenance for briefed employees.
