    Lancaster, New Hampshire: A respected rural health system in the White Mountains region seeks an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as MEDICAL DIRECTOR for its outpatient primary care practices while maintaining an active clinical role. This role combines meaningful organizational influence with ongoing patient care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment serving communities in northern New Hampshire and neighboring Vermont.You will split your time 50% clinical and 50% administrative. As Director, you will help shape and strengthen rural outpatient services, working closely with senior leadership to guide clinical operations, support providers, advance quality initiatives, and promote a culture centered on safety, transparency, and continuous improvement. As a full-spectrum outpatient primary care physician, you will provide care to your own patients consistent with your board certification and scope of practice (all ages or adult medicine).
