Summary
Neurosurgery Physician needed in the Binghamton area of New York. A progressive multi-specialty group is interested in adding a Neurosurgeon to their team. The position is open due to growth and succession planning. The Hospital is a level two Trauma Center. The group has just acquired a highly functioning Neurology practice performing over 2,500 cases per year. You will be able to practice complex Neurosurgery including Adult Spine and Cranial Neurosurgery. You will be actively supported by Neuro-endovascular, and Neuro-Radiology services. There are 4 NP s and 1 PA in the practice. Call will be 1:4. There is a dedicated Neuro OR team 24/7 with block time 5 days/week, Stealth Station Navigation, Intraoperative Monitoring team, 3T MRI with in-house Neuro Radiology, Neuro Critical Care service, and bi-plane angiography lab. There are also teaching opportunities with Residents and Medical students! They will offer you a very competitive compensation plan as well as a comprehensive benefit plan.
