ENT Opportunity - New Bern, NC (Riverfront City near the North Carolina Coast, Ideal Climate with a Bevy of Golf, Art and Recreation) Job SummarySpecializes in clinical and diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat as well as disorders of head and neck. Managing disorders of upper pharynx, oral cavity, larynx, ears, nose, nasal passage, face, and neck. Prescribes medications, treatments, and recommends referrals to patients for further care as clinically appropriated.Salary and Benefits PackageOur salary and benefits package is exceptional and will be more than competitive with a minimum 2 year salary guarantee and bonus potential.We have the full complement of benefits, health and dental for the family, long term and short disability, life insurance, 403(b) tax shelter annuity, 457(b) deferred compensation, and money purchase pension plan for retirement (one of the very few hospitals with this great benefit).Malpractice insurance (retroactive & tail).30 days of vacation.10 days CME, $7,000 for CME expenses and dues/subscriptionsOur compensation model is productivity driven and based on WRVUs with obtainable bonus incentives.Minimum Requirements: Possession and maintenance of a Physician's License from the State of North Carolina and certifications from the DEA.
