About the Opportunity: Join 6 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider Monday-Friday work week. No weekends 36 clinical hours per week Average daily patient census 20-24 Call is 1:6 (phone call only) EPIC EMR Opening due to retirement Compensation/Benefits: Guaranteed base salary plus RVUs with bonus structure based on productivity and quality Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance Robust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME Location/Community: 35 miles from Chicago Population of nearly 30,000 people Safe family, friendly community with shopping and dining options JV-1 -
