Enterprise Medical is partnering with a well-established outpatient practice with a loyal patient panel and a strong sense of team and community to add an Internal Medicine physician to their growing team in Northwest Illinois. Position Highlights: Outpatient-only Internal Medicine role in a Rural Health Clinic connected to a Critical Access Hospital Established practice with a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs Predictable clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm, with flexible scheduling for work?life harmony Access to on-site specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, and more Salary range: $285,000-$305,000 Signing bonus and additional incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO starting Day One, dedicated well-being time, CME time and dollars, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, student loan support, and a comprehensive health and retirement package.
