The Primary Care Locums Opportunity in Colorado.-Duration: August 2021 December 2021 (possibility of extension on locums or to permanent)-Option for locations: Thornton or Aurora -Schedule: 4-5 days per week-Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (full-time prefer or will consider part-time)-Patients: 8-10 patients per day, 60-90 minute visits, all geriatric>most visits are being done via Telemedicine, but providers must be available for an in person visit if required. -Will consider locums to permanent-Assistance with credentialing provided (estimated under 30 day timeline)-Compensation: Negotiable-PACE Program:To ensure continuity, quality of care, each day is started with a meeting between our interdisciplinary staff that includes dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers.
