Practice Highlights: 4-day workweek: 3 clinic days + 1 OR day (additional block time available) Brand-new Da Vinci XI robot with strong GYN surgical volume 200 annual deliveries with low acuity and 10 days of call per month Shared call with midwife and internal coverage support Dedicated ultrasound suite and six exam rooms onsite Experienced team of NPs, nurses, and full anesthesiology support Guaranteed base salary starting at $364K with RVU bonuses and incentive options Full benefits package with sign-on bonus, relocation, CME stipend, and more Open to full-time, part-time, or creative scheduling models Optional 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off model Future practice ownership opportunity Experience life where adventure and community intersect.
