As a Production Associate, you will operate rod manufacturing equipment, prepare, assemble, and finish rod components, and install parts such as reel seats, handles, and guides. Other responsibilities include ensuring products meet quality standards, following specifications, and meeting daily production goals, while also supporting additional production tasks as needed.
These positions require a High School Diploma or GED, along with familiarity with hand tools or craftsmanship-related work; manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to follow instructions, complete tasks accurately, and maintain strong attention to detail. Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks are essential. The role also requires the ability to stand and move throughout the workday and safely lift up to 30 lbs. A team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills are important for success in this position.
