Employer paid malpractice coverage through FTCA. 120 hours/ 15 days paid time off- full time 40 hrs. per week employee, PTO is pro- rated based on full time status ( 40hrs, 36 hrs., 32 hrs.). 9 paid holidays ( 7 standard / 2 float). 2k continuing education allowance, up to an additional 40 hrs. of PTO to complete the courses. 3k relocation allowance. Employer paid short- and long-term disability. Medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Employer paid life insurance up to 150 k. a 403(b) retirement plan with 3% match and five year vesting plan.
