Seeking BE/BC Medical Oncologist to join team in northern NY at a newly opened Cancer Center. Join three other medical oncologists, two advanced practice professionals and benefit from the partnership of a radiation oncologist, a nurse navigation program, and a wide array of other professional support staff. A full spectrum of services with well-equipped advanced technology will identify the Center as a leader in cancer care. Medical oncology program is affiliated with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, Buffalo NY. Join a group of three other board-certified medical oncologists Call: 1:4 Conveniently located hospital campus Catchment population: 250,000 Large network of providers offering a strong referral base Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10 th Mountain Army Division Emergency oncologic admissions are provided by Hospitalist Service, with consult to oncology physicians Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs A very appreciative patient population offers a professionally rewarding career Annual salary: $510,000 year 1, plus a WRVU productivity model Annual salary: $550,000 years 2-4 Signing bonus: $50,000 Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year Relocation reimbursement: $15,000 A generous benefit package Center for Cancer Care Newly constructed and opened in 2018, brings a full spectrum of oncology service lines under one roof Clinical trial opportunities and clinical pathways and protocols from a nationally recognized leader in cancer care Well-equipped with advanced technology Diagnosis, treatment, support, survivorship, preventative, palliative and end-of-life care Nurse navigation services Area: Experience the natural beauty of Northern New York and the Thousand Islands Region.
