Neurologist Compensation: $325,000 $425,000 per year Job Type : Full-time Monday Friday, flexible schedule 1:6 call rotation Location: Munster, IN Join a well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana that actively prioritizes physician well-being and a sustainable work-life balance. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons disease, and neuromuscular conditions Utilize a unique work structure designed to maximize clinical expertise in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment Conduct and interpret neurological tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and NCVs to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans Manage a dedicated patient panel, focusing on long-term neurological health, symptom management, and evidence-based care Clinic patients per day: 15-25 Call Rotation: 1:6 Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe. Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists Benefits: Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable MGMA guidelines) Contract bonuses off of RVUs and quality metrics Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included 403(b) opportunities including employer match Exceptional CME funds Licensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/Subscriptions Flexible time off total of 6 weeks Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license Competitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications -
