- Dates of Coverage: 2/5/2024 - 4/30/2024
- Call Ratio: 1:3 (Shared with 2 other Physicians)
- Average # of Inpatient Admissions Per Day: 1-3 deliveries on average
- Level 1 Nursery
- Lvl III Trauma
- # of Nursery Beds: 4 labor rooms and 5 recovery rooms
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- Credentialing Timeline: 30-90 days dependent on file
- Procedures: Refer to the attached Practice Description for a detailed list.
