Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
COVERAGE DATES
Ongoing coverage; full-time preferred (will consider 1 week per month)
PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Adult female patients (childbearing age)
Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 25 patients per day
Phone Consults: Included
Case Mix: High-risk obstetrics including hypertension, HELLP syndrome, diabetes, cardiac and pulmonary disorders, renal, neurologic, autoimmune, hematologic/oncologic conditions, placenta previa/abruption, multiple gestation; ultrasound interpretation and consultative care

Office Equipment Available: Ultrasound and diagnostic equipment
Specialty Backup Available: Multidisciplinary OB and specialty teams
Support Staff Available: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 APPs
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (with clean file)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Not Specified
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Ultrasound performance and interpretation
Level II targeted ultrasound
Fetal echocardiography
Amniocentesis (genetic)
Management of high-risk pregnancy conditions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active PA license required (willing to license)
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum 1 year of MFM experience
Other Qualifications: Strong ultrasound diagnostic skills preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide consultative MFM services for high-risk pregnancies
Perform and interpret advanced ultrasound studies
Manage complex maternal and fetal conditions
Collaborate with OB and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
