Produce collection plans, collection management documentation, source-support packages, and operational intelligence products. Manage RFIs and ensure collection responses align to timelines, standards, and mission objectives. Assist with identifying gaps in intelligence and recommending collection strategies to close those gaps. Conduct targeting support (person, network, and technology targeting) based on mission requirements. Maintain compliance with operational policies, security standards, and customer guidelines. Brief collection strategy, CI insights, or HUMINT support recommendations to mission stakeholders.
