Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a public healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed, and assist with screening procedures, visitor management, and other security-related support functions; Support Allied Universal and site personnel during alarms, medical-related calls, evacuations, and/or other critical events while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication
