    About the Role
    Draganfly Innovations is seeking a Senior Field Application Specialist (FAS) with a focus on Medical Delivery Operations. While this role is remote, regional proximity supports in‑person client engagements, field operations, and industry events.

    In this senior, customer‑facing position, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Draganfly's UAS platforms—leading advanced product demonstrations, operator training, and high‑profile mission deployments. You'll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure customers succeed from initial contact through full deployment.

    You will also take a leadership role in medical logistics projects, helping build and scale drone‑based delivery programs that are redefining the future of healthcare logistics.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and mentor FAS and USO teams

    Oversee planning and execution of medical delivery UAS programs

    Manage timelines, budgets, SOPs, and stakeholder communication

    Ensure safe operations, mission documentation, and operator readiness

    Support program growth, proposals, and expansion opportunities

    UAS Operations

    Lead in‑person and virtual demos for prospects and partners

    Act as on‑site SME and maintain demo equipment

    Deliver customer training and develop training materials

    Support onboarding to ensure customers achieve operational proficiency

    Conduct compliant flight operations for demos, tests, and projects

    Events & Customer Engagement

    Represent Draganfly at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

    Coordinate live demos and support event logistics

    Capture customer insights and competitive intelligence

    Qualifications

    FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required)

    6+ years in UAS operations or product application roles

    Experience conducting customer‑facing demos or training

    Strong troubleshooting and mission‑planning experience

    Proficiency with market‑relevant payloads

    Comfortable travelling 50–70%

    Familiarity with MAVLink‑based UAS (asset)

    Proficient with Teams, SharePoint, and CRM tools (HubSpot)

    Preferred Specializations

    Military: Reconnaissance, FPV, tactical logistics, or similar missions

    Law Enforcement: DFR, SAR, tactical indoor operations, accident reconstruction

    Commercial: Inspections, LiDAR/surveying, photogrammetry, critical logistics

    Compensation package

    Competitive salary: $70,000 - $85,000
