Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and public areas, verify credentials when required, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.; Support a professional environment by providing directions, answering general questions, and assisting with de-escalation during routine interactions and/or elevated situations.
