Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.; Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions needing attention.; Monitor public areas and restricted locations for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues, and communicate detailed information according to post procedures.; Assist with access control, directions, and general information while supporting a professional environment for commuters, staff, and approved visitors.
