Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor access points, observe site conditions, and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines; Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by documenting activities, communicating with tenants and/or visitors, and assisting with routine security-related requests
