Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, dock doors, warehouse spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points and help to verify entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols; Observe operational areas for security-related concerns such as damaged gates, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or suspicious behavior, and report findings to the appropriate site contact
