Canopy A&D is seeking a Growth Lead to drive top-line growth within the high-speed air systems sector across defense, space, and advanced aerospace customers. This role is focused on originating, shaping, and capturing high-profile programs, with direct responsibility for pipeline development, customer engagement, and revenue capture.
The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience winning major programs, deep familiarity with government and prime contractor acquisition environments, and the credibility to engage technical, programmatic, and executive stakeholders.

$130,000 - $170,000 a year Type: Full Time, Salaried Exempt Business Hours: Core business hours and additional hours as needed Base Location: Littleton, CO, Ontario, CA, Washington, D.C. Travel: 20-50%
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
