Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and security-related reporting in accordance with post orders.; Support a professional environment by observing and reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or suspicious activity while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
